Audia Agency Management was founded in Los Angeles in 2025 and is proudly woman-owned. Built by someone with a lifelong connection to music and a deep understanding of the creative industry, the agency draws on experience across music, marketing, management, and creative direction. Audia was created to offer artists a more thoughtful, strategic, and hands-on approach to representation.

Growing up surrounded by music, creativity has always been at the center of our lives. Over the years, that passion evolved into professional experience across multiple sides of the industry,  from artist development and branding to marketing strategy and business management. Through these experiences, we saw firsthand how many talented artists lacked the guidance and infrastructure needed to truly grow their careers.

Audia was built to change that.

As a boutique agency, we intentionally keep our roster focused so that every artist receives meaningful attention, strategic support, and creative collaboration. Our approach blends industry knowledge with strong creative direction, helping artists develop not only their sound, but their identity, presence, and long-term vision.
